At Grateful Dead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your gear isn't a long strange trip worth taking, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
